SHIPPING POLICY
We try to ship as quickly as possible to any destination around the world. Domestic orders will generally arrive within 3-5 business days and international orders (depending on Country of origin) within 2-12 weeks. Please Note: We will try and provide more clarity on delivery time for international orders once the Country of origin and order size is determined.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
It is important to me that you're entirely satisfied with your spur designs buckle. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all domestic orders. If you are dissatisfied with your buckle in any way, then please contact us for a return packing slip and send the buckle back in its original packaging, add postage and return within the 30 day period. Once I receive your item, I will then credit your account for the cost of the buckle (excluding the return postage cost). Please Note: For all international orders, please contact me upon receipt of your buckle if you are dissatisfied using the "Contact" email.
